Hi everyone, this is a quick blog to inform you all that from this point forward, I will no longer be able to sell A3 size prints and large square prints from my online store.
This is because as of February 1st, my postal service An Post did a massive price increase across all shipping labels which I have now implemented across my store. However, the price of tube parcels which I need to use to ship these kinds of prints were worst affected. While the cost increase within Ireland isn't the worst, shipping these to anywhere else in the world now costs way more than the worth of these prints (which is €11 for a large square print and €15 for a full A3 print). Shipping prices for these actually now begin at €21 and only keep getting more expensive. So I had to make the decision to remove all A3 prints and large square prints from sale online as this absolutely is not good value for anyone's money. I do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'll also soon be updating the prints mock up images to reflect the A4 size of prints over the larger sizes in due time.
As for the remaining stock of the A3 and large square prints that I do have remaining, I'll continue to sell them at conventions I attend at. While I don't have any more upcoming conventions for a while due to college work and a family holiday coming up at the end of May, fingers crossed I'll be appearing at a few more during the summer. And I am starting to try and set my sights for conventions around Europe.
