Shipping policy

I have the right to change my shipping prices at any time to make sure I am paying the correct amount to An Post, my postal service. An Post can change their shipping rates at any time, and I will continue to price my shipping rates in accordance with their rates. I currently do not provide tracked shipping. An Post does not provide tracked shipping as a standard, and I would have to charge you even more if you want an order tracked. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

You may qualify for reduced shipping if for example you buy a singular A4 size print or comic along with a small item like stickers, badges or keychains. This is because of a Shopify limitation will cause shipping to be overcharged in the event you buy certain big and small items together in your order. How does this work? Firstly, place your order at the checkout like normal. You won’t be charged yet, because then I will need to manually review the order myself. I will check to see if you were overcharged for shipping. If there is an overcharge, I will only authorise a charge for the total order cost minus how much the shipping cost was overcharged by. For example: a US customer may buy 1 qty of an A4 print and 1 qty of a button badge. The shipping will total to €9 at the checkout, when it should only cost €6.50. Hence, I will remove the extra €2.50 from your total order cost before I charge your payment method. This does not apply to orders of LOVELY LIVERY items as they are shipped from France.

Due to various taxation and customs laws and various wars taking place in the world, please expect various delays and even temporary halts with postal routes and delivery times. Your patience is massively appreciated.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Order processing time is usually 1-2 weeks, after which packages will be shipped. Most orders are packaged on weekends. Once packaged, they are then dispatched usually on the next business day. All orders are shipped via An Post. Shipping outside of Ireland to Europe usually takes 5-7 business days, excluding public holidays and any other possible delays with international postal services. This delivery timeframe can often be longer if you are outside of Europe.

Apparel and products from the LOVELY LIVERY collection are ethically produced by our eco-friendly manufacturer TPOP who are based in France. These products products are shipped directly from France. Orders take 2-4 days to manufacture and take 2-3 working days to ship to France, 3-10 working days to ship to the EU, and 5-14 working days to ship to the rest of the world. These products products currently do not ship to Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Belarus, Russia, Israel and United States.
